New One-Time Password (OTP) Security for Your Card Transactions

As your credit union, we are committed to safeguarding your financial information. As part of this commitment, we have iplemented a new security feature: One-Time Passwords (OTP) for certain card-not-present (CNP) transactions, such as online purchases. We assure you that these messages are legitimate and part of our efforts to reduce fraud and unauthorized card use.

What to Expect:

When a transaction requires additional verification, you will receive a one-time code via your registered mobile number or email address. You will be prompted to enter this code in order to proceed with the transaction.

This extra step confirms that the transaction is being made by you, adding an important layer of security to your online purchases.

Please Note: For your protection, never share a one-time password with anyone. Fraudsters may attempt to trick you into revealing this code. Waterfront will never ask you to share an OTP by phone, text, or email.

If you receive a one-time passcode for a transaction you did not initiate, contact us immediately.

This enhancement reflects our continued commitment to providing secure, reliable financial services to our members. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
