But regardless of what is going on in the world and our lives, things like bills will still be due. That's why we've made it easier than ever to make loan payments from wherever you are, using whatever method works best for you!

Choose from six convenient payment options:

Easily view and manage your loan(s) on-the-go, from wherever you are, with our Mobile App and online banking platform, Waterfront@Home. Once logged in, you can view all of your account balances, access your eStatements, and make a loan payment by transferring funds from your Share Savings or Draft Checking account.

Find our mobile application under Waterfront Mobile and download it to your Android Smartphone, Apple iPhone or most tablets. To download the app, click the appropriate button below from your mobile device.

 

Give us a call at 206-622-8415 or 1-800-423-1071 during regular business hours and we would be happy to initiate a loan payment on your behalf. Payments can be made in two different ways:

  1. We can transfer the funds from your Share Savings or Draft Checking account
  2. You can give us card information for a debit or credit card you'd like to use for payment

NOTE: Please include your Member Number/Loan Number/Credit Card Number on your check so we may process your payment as efficiently as possible.

Stop in to the branch during regular business hours and one of our Member Service Representatives can assist you in processing your loan payment transaction via transfer of funds from your Share Savings or Draft Checking account, or payment from a debit card, credit card, or check.

Can't make it during business hours?

No problem! Drop off a check in our branch's night deposit box ~ located next to the ATM.

NOTE: Please include your Member Number/Loan Number/Credit Card Number on your check so we may process your payment as efficiently as possible.

Can't make it to our Waterfront branch?

No worries! We are part of a network of over 5,000+ shared branches nationwide. This mean you can conduct transactions with your Waterfront accounts at participating credit unions throughout Washington and across the country.

Find a Shared Branch Near You

Set up your loan payments to come from another financial institution directly to your Waterfront Loan account. This can be accomplished by setting up one of the following methods:

  1. Bill Pay
  2. ACH Direct Transfer

Please work with your preferred financial insititution to get either of the above payment methods set up. They will need your loan, payment, and due date information.

NOTE: Please allow 7-10 business days to get ACH payments set up. Make sure to allow enough time for your transfer to process before your loan payment due date.

You can make your Waterfront Credit Union loan payment online using any VISA, MasterCard or Discover debit or credit card (a 3% processing fee applies). This fee helps to cover transactional costs incurred by the credit union. If you would like to avoid a fee, please consider the other FREE payment options listed.

How to pay with a debit or credit card:

  1. Review the debit/credit card payment disclosure below. (maximum loan payment $1,500 per transaction)
  2. Click “Make A Payment” below and pay your monthly loan payment online anytime, 24/7. (Note: Your payment will authorize immediately on your card, and post to your Waterfront Credit Union loan within 2 business days).

By clicking “Make A Payment” I understand that I am submitting an online payment to the Waterfront Credit Union loan I herein specify, and I agree to the following:

  • This payment method is for loan payments only, and not for principal loan reductions or account deposits. A maximum payment amount of $1,500.00 applies per transaction.
  • I authorize Waterfront Credit Union to initiate a charge on my credit or debit card in the amount I request, plus a fee of 3%.
  • I acknowledge that I am responsible for entering the correct payment amount and credit union account number, and that Waterfront Credit Union may rely wholly upon the information I provide. 
  • There is a sufficient balance on my debit or credit card to pay the requested payment plus the fee and agree that Waterfront Credit Union is not liable for any overdraft or insufficient funds charges (including, but not limited to, NSF Fees or finance charges) caused by my failure to maintain funds sufficient to pay the payment amount I request.
  • This payment option is not available if I am severely delinquent, and my loan is currently in the recovery process. Payment requests for loans in this status will be voided. If this describes your situation, please contact us at 206.622.8415 or 800.423.1071 for assistance.    
  • I understand that the holder of my credit or debit card may charge cash advance fees for this transaction, and it is my responsibility to be aware of, and to pay any such applicable fees.
  • I understand that the online payment will be authorized immediately on my card, and subsequently credited to my Waterfront loan within 2 business days.
