You Spoke & We Listened

We’re updating our systems to better serve you!

Updated as of 05/03/16
The following service channels have been restored:

  • Online Banking
  • Shared Branching
  • Automated Telephone Banking

You can access your accounts through the ATM network and by using your Debit Card andprearranging bill pay payments.

Regarding Your Debit Card PIN: Between April 22 – May 6 you will not be able to change your Debit Card PIN.

What you need to do:

  • Online Banking users: No history will be carried over to the new system
  • Bill Pay users: Your information has been retained into the new system so there is nothing you will need to do.

Online Banking users may access the new Waterfront@Home:

  • To login:
    • User Name = your account number or user name
    • Password = last four of primary’s SSN and year of birth (yyyy)
  • Due to increased security features, please make sure you have one of the following browsers in order to access our new online banking system:
    • Firefox
    • Google Chrome
    • Internet Explorer 11+ or Edge
    • Opera
    • Safari 9+
  • Transaction history will start accumulating May 3

To access the new Automated Telephone Banking system you will need to:

  • Enter your account number followed by # (the system will then say a PIN has not been established)
  • Enter your SSN (the system will then prompt you for a 4 digit PIN)
  • Then enter your account number followed by your PIN and your access will be set

Why are we doing all of this?

We have “out grown” our old system and we want to be able to provide more efficient service
to our members via more updated technology, improved security and increased functionality.
Some of the new features are a Mobile App (launching June 1), Debit Card control (turn your
card on and off at your control), paperless transactions, remote deposit capture and much

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work diligently to provide a better overall member experience for you.
