Transfer Money to Friends with PopMoney!

What is PopMoney?

PopMoney is a person-to-person (P2P) payment service for digitally sending and receiving money. You don't need a separate account to use this service ~ just log in to your Waterfront account and find PopMoney under the Bill Pay section. You can send money to ANYONE ~ all you need is their email address, mobile number, or account information!

Here are just a few ways PopMoney can be used:

  • Reimburse your friend after they once again refuse to let you treat them to Starbucks
  • Pay your babysitter for letting you enjoy date night in peace
  • Send money to your kid at college so they eat more than just mac 'n' cheese

How to Get Started

Sending Money

  1. Log in to Waterfront@Home online banking
  2. Navigate to the Bill Pay section
  3. Find PopMoney
  4. Enter your recipient's information and desired transfer amount
  5. You will receive a confirmation when the transaction is complete

Receiving Money

  1. You will be notified via text message or email when someone sends you money
  2. Log in to Waterfront@Home online banking
  3. Navigate to the Bill Pay section
  4. Find PopMoney
  5. If the sender did not use your account information, provide your account information to direct the funds to the desired location (failure to do this will result in the funds being automatically returned to the sender)
  6. If the sender used your account information, the funds will be automatically deposited into your account and no action is required
