UPDATES ~ Branch Operations

Limited lobby access starting 11/16

Due to increasing concerns for the health and safety of our staff and members, we will be closing our lobby until further notice. Effective Monday 11/16, our lobby will be closed and we will be conducting business at our door or by appointment only.

  • If possible, please call ahead to 206-622-8415 so that we may have your transactions prepared ahead of time to best assist you upon your arrival to the branch.
  • We require a mask be worn at all times when in the branch.
  • If you are not able to wear a mask due to health reasons, please call us at 206-622-8415 and we will make arrangements to assist you.
  • Branch hours will remain Monday through Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm.

HELOC Rate Drop

Effective April 1, all HELOC rates will be reduced by 1.5%. We typically make adjustments to HELOC interest rates on 2/1 and 8/1, but due to the unprecedented drop in the Prime Rate in March as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have lowered the rate early to allow our members to enjoy this reduction in interest and payments.

Loan Relief*

Are you experiencing financial hardship? We’re here to offer some relief.

  • We will allow up to 60 days for the first payment on new loans if needed.
  • If you're having a hard time making your payments, please contact the Loan Department and we can discuss your options.
